WHY AND HOW WE USE COOKIES
Our shop uses cookies to store information about your order while shopping. A cookie is a small amount of data that is sent to your browser from a web server and stored on your computer's hard drive. All shopping carts on the internet use cookies. You must accept cookies in order for the shopping cart to work properly. IMPORTANT: If you do not have cookies "enabled" in your browser then your shopping cart can hold only one item at a time.
What Information does the cookie contain?
It contains only the contents of your shopping cart and nothing else. No personal information is stored or extracted to learn about you or your web use. It is our policy to use cookies only to assist in a convenient, accurate and safe manner. If you do not complete your order it will be held in your cookie for about 12 hours. This allows you to consider your purchase and come back without having to re-enter your order. After 12 hours the cookie automatically is deleted. Finally, the cookie is also deleted automatically once your order is completed.
HOW TO USE OUR STORE
When you find a item you want to order, press the "Buy Me" button to add it to your shopping cart. You will then be taken to a screen which will display all the items currently in your cart. Items may be added, modified or deleted at any time from the screen which displays your shopping cart.
If you wish to increase the quantity of an item you have already ordered, simply adjust the number of units in the space provided and then click "Recalculate". You may also delete an item by adjusting the quantity to zero and then clicking "Recalculate". To continue adding items, click the "Back" button on your browser to be taken back to the page you came from, then click "Home" to continue shopping from the main index.
To view your shopping cart at any time simply click "View Cart" from anywhere on the page and you will be taken to the shopping cart.
When you have completed your shopping, press the "Checkout" button and you will be brought to the Order Form. You can now review your shopping cart and make any changes you need to make. When you are satisfied with your order click "Go to Payments" and you will be guided through the payment process.
Provide your billing information as well as shipping information if the order is to be shipped to a different address. Please complete all pertinent parts of the Order Form to expedite the ordering process. We will confirm your order by email before final order processing.
When you press the "Continue" button, you will be brought to a new screen where you can review this final information and make changes if needed. Once you determine your order is accurate you will finalize the order by clicking the "Continue" button -- after this your payment can be made by credit card or you can send us your check or money order by mail.
After submitting your order you will receive an email confirming your order has been accepted. We will double-check your order and verify it with you by email before shipping. Please make sure your email address is accurate. You may still cancel your order if it has not shipped by emailing or calling us.
Shipping Information:
Orders are shipped by UPS which will not ship to P.O. Boxes, so please provide us with your street address.
The U.S. shipping rate is as follows:
$0 to $50 .............. $7.50 charge. Orders are usually shipped within 1 to 2 days after payment is received -- however, please allow up to 2 weeks for U.S. delivery. Handcrafted items such as the Tree Faces may take longer.Orders to Canada, add $5.00, the Virgin Islands, & Hawaii add $5.50, & Puerto Rico $6.00 to above shipping rates.
Return Policy:
We guarantee your merchandise will be free of defects, damage or incorrect merchandise. We will replace any merchandise that is received in damaged or defective condition or as a result of a picking error. Notification of any problems with merchandise must be received within seven days of receipt. Customers must provide the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for lost packages due to being provided with the wrong shipping address.
